Ledgerfall is a business and finance simulation game. It is entertainment and education. Nothing in the game, its characters, its numbers or its commentary is financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation of any kind. The companies, markets, advisors and outcomes are fictional; any resemblance to real securities, firms or people is satirical or coincidental. Do not make real financial decisions based on the game.

You can play the free part of the game without an account. An account (created by email sign-in link or Google) is needed to save progress across devices and to make purchases. You are responsible for access to your email account, which is the key to your Ledgerfall account. We may close accounts that abuse the service (section 8).
Paid modules and the Full Access bundle are one-off purchases, priced in GBP, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Entitlements are account-wide and permanent: a purchased module stays available to your account for as long as the service operates. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown before you pay.
Purchases are digital content supplied immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases unless you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that this waives the cancellation right; our checkout asks for exactly that consent before payment. Independently of the legal position, if a purchase did not work as described, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days and we will put it right or refund it. Refunded purchases remove the associated entitlements and reverse any referral credit they generated. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Referral rewards are store credit: usable only against Ledgerfall purchases, non-transferable, non-cashable, not exchangeable for money, and expiring 12 months after it is earned. Credit is earned only when a referred person completes a first purchase that is not refunded; we may reverse credit earned from refunded, fraudulent or self-referred purchases. Referral discounts for new buyers apply to a first purchase only. We may change or withdraw the referral programme prospectively at any time; credit already earned keeps its original terms.
Promotion codes are applied at checkout, are not stackable with other discounts unless stated, have the validity shown when issued, and have no cash value.
Game outcomes are deterministic products of the simulation and your decisions. We may tune the simulation, content and interface between sessions; we will not alter the terms of entitlements you have bought. Saved games are stored against your account when signed in and locally in your browser when not. Local, anonymous progress is merged into your account when you first sign in. We make reasonable efforts to preserve saves but the game state itself is not a paid good and may be reset where technically necessary.
Do not: abuse, probe or disrupt the service; use automation to farm referral credit; resell, share or transfer accounts or entitlements; attempt to defraud the referral or refund processes. We may suspend or close accounts involved in any of these, and cancel store credit obtained through them. Where we close an account other than for abuse, paid entitlements will be refunded pro rata or preserved for reasonable later access.
We may modify or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue the paid modules within 12 months of your purchase, we will offer a fair partial refund. We will give reasonable notice of full service withdrawal.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The game is provided as is within those limits; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To repeat section 1: the game is not financial advice, and we accept no liability for real-world financial decisions.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers in other parts of the UK keep any mandatory local protections). We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be notified in the product with the effective date updated. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
